That be nice. Every time they make a mistake of mentioning it.......they get a $5K penalty.

why should floyd be worried? they have not invented these accusations in 2009. pac will need to define how exactly floyd defamed him. it could be as hard as proving pac is on peds. ridiculous case anyway.

ps. also 'they have a good lawyer working on the case' - just proves how badly pac is desperate in finding SOMETHING - ANYTHING to win this case.

DLH/Schafer apologized for the sake of boxing and making fights with Top Rank. Mayweather couldn't care less about the lawsuit, in fact on the day DLH/GBP apologized, Mayweather came out with those Take The Test shirts. Looks like Mayweather wants to go through with the whole lawsuit.
There's no problem with you siding with the Mayweathers if that's the way you want to go but don't misunderstand... They're allowed to hold an opinion or believe anything they want. Nobody is denying that. It's not a question of it being a matter of a free country or freedom of speech. It's about defamation/libel - causing harm to a brand through accusations, malicious and defamatory statements, etc. It's pretty simple to understand

The boys in here believe anything

Can see Pac on the stand , do you know whats in the shakes given to you by your fitness coach ,, umh NO ,,,, have you ever had a OST style blood testing for PEDs in your system , umh NO , so you dont know beyond a shadow of doubt that you have not been given PEDS without you knowing , umh NO ,,, so its possible you have been given PEDS , umh umh no speaka da English ,,,

The whole thing is a joke , I doubt it will go ahead , there is a lot of circumstantial evidence that could make somebody that spent a life in the sport think something was going on .

Johnny Cochran, you don't get it. See my last post. Manny doesn't have to prove he is not on gear

They have to prove the intent was for the purpose to defame and not just a professional giving his opinion when it is asked for ,,,, very hard to prove , its not like any of the Mayweathers have approached the media to tell the story , its the media asking them for a professional opinion , big difference .

I cant see this case going to trial , like Oscars public apology that wasnt an apology just a denial they said anything lol .

You dont get it , its not a criminal trial they only have to prove their belief and there is enough circumstantial evidence for them to form that belief , Pac must prove the Mayweathers intent to defame , and they can call Manny to the stand to be cross examined ,,,,,,

Trial wont go ahead , I said it before and now one has been dropped , this one with the Mayweathers will not go ahead you will see
