Can manny fight in the inside?

sad but true, this is why the mayweather fight is so important.

mayweather can apply efficient and effective inside treatment to pacquiao without getting hit in the face ala hatton while trying to rush in.

i have seen pacquiao get off some decent shots, but its not an area of comfort, and hes not going to all of the sudden learn to be great at it. I think i agree with some of the other posters that often times hes looking at the ref to break up the action. In later rounds however, i have noticed pac not being....how can i say, as fresh as he could be.

The only opponent within his range with any sort of ability on the inside with defensive effectiveness is floyd and thats the only standard we have to judge on.

Pacquiao looks confused most of the time with either movement or within the confines of the clinch. nobody whom he has fought can really effectively use angles and successfully rough him up on the inside.

You cant just walk in which is what guys like margarito and hatton do. Also, i consider barrera a much more effective boxer than any inside presence IMO, i know early in his career he would go to war, however i wasnt some huge fan of his inside game. He was better and prolonged his career as a boxer.

Floyd can take advantage of the fact that manny can't cut off the boxing ring and troll his way to a decision if he wants.

THe inside is always there, but it depends on how malicious Floyd is feeling towards manny.
