Facts? What facts? The only FACT I see is Wlad just beat Peter. You can say all you want, it doesn't matter, Wlad won and your just making a bigger ass of yourself every time you post.
So whos the real winner here?

I think the heavyweight division took a step backwards last night. Not only did we lose the "next great thing" (I think Peter is going to go the way of Tua now), but now we have a glass jawed, clincher back in contention for the HW belts.
Wlad can box and hit pretty hard, but I don't understand anyone who wants a heavyweight champ that can be put on the canvas by a stiff breeze.

How could have Peter winning been good for the division. It would have brought some excitement, sure. However, someone was going to expose him, sooner or later. He's a limited, immobile, wide swinging fighter with no "Plan B". He needs a lot of improvement to become an elite player in this shallow ass division.

He was definitely one dimensional earlier in his career, but there's been a lot of publicity around his trainer hopping, and how much he has developed over the past year or two. There was the possibility that he overcame that issue and would have shown it last night.
So, what I mean by the HW division taking a step back, is that, despite those who say "I knew it all along", Peter was really exposed for the first time last night. You can't really 100% know until a fighter is really exposed the way Peter was.

Wlad might do the same, but I won't be much of a fan until he does. Wlad has also been (T)KO'd three times and knocked down a hell of a lot more than Lewis was.

I think the fight last night may have given Wlad some much needed confidence, but I don't think that it has really improved his overall standing by much.
Peter was schooled, but that was one of the only 2 ways the fight could have gone. The only way Peter was going to win was by KO, and I don't think that losing to a much superior boxer is going to hurt him if he continues fighting. If anything, last night should show Peter and his trainers that they need to improve his boxing skills rather than rely on just his punching power to make him a champ. I don't know if he can do that, though.
Wlad proved he can get back up, but none of the punches that knocked him down landed flush (and only one was a clean punch), nor did any of them that staggered him several times.
On the upside, Wlad's stamina an heart have shown definite improvement. I will withhold opinion on his future until I see him in again with someone who can throw a straight punch.
The most disappointing thing to me in the entire fight was that he looked like a John Ruiz with skills. I hope that this was just a plan for this particular fight against a bomber who can only throw looping punches.
