FACT: the amount of muscle-mass and conditioning that you can take into a fight is solely determined at the official weigh-in, rehydration weight is irrelevant, and can even be detrimental.

Pacquiao knows that Marquez is ineffective above 135. And (as usual) he has manipulated a weight that advantages him, and disadvantages Marquez.

Pacquiao will be able to carry 6-7lbs more muscle than Marquez.

At 140, it would be a fat lightweight vs a JWW, at 145 it will be a fat lightweight vs a small welter.

Sure, Marquez has agreed, but if Pac was my guy I would be calling him out, and yet you guys think that any advantage afforded to Pac is just great.

Simple answer to your question...where is the precedence for a random blood test. If you don't have it, then why should Pac take the test. And why hasn't it caught on in the boxing world, so that more boxers would want to have a blood test? Wouldn't you think that if more boxers (both professional and amateur) want to have a blood test they would be making noise so that all of the commisions will change their minds and institute a OSDT type of blood test? But have you heard of anything like that, boxers clammering for the change? NO!
