Stop talking nonsense. Roy is fighting because he needs the money to pay off his debt. Owing money to the IRS is a very serious matter, and no one wants to get on their bad side. The IRS can seize your bank account and other assets, garnish your wages, they basically can cripple you financially.

Its funny all these clowns dogging Mayweather like he's the only American who owes taxes. Lol, compared to other boxers Floyd's got nothing on them.

Roy's got money and is only fighting because of heart and pride... I know, he's got the money that's for sure. Hopefully he clowns this fool in his hometown and becomes a full time HBO commentaotor.

Exactly. It is not as if the IRS asks you to pay them out of thin air, it is a percentage of money you've already earned. All it takes is is just setting some aside to cover your behind. And it is always better to do it on time, and not let it accumulate. Now, I don't know Roy's exact financial situation, and I am not going to judge the man, but there are no excuses. He, and most all professional boxers at that level, have more than enough money to hire a decent accountant. That's what he should have done back in the day instead of wasting money on a horrendous music video.

I've been saying for years Jones was probably broke and that he had to keep on fighting to keep his lifestyle.

Now it appears it's not even enough to fight on...

          and what a lifestyle...

Those taxes are to pay state workers and their lavaish pension's. Than Union members pay dues to the Union so that they can buy a ********ic Politician to increase their pay and benifits.

In the states, it goes a little somethin' like this ...

It's assumed you know you must pay your share of taxes. Particularly if the amount is large enough to make the IRS rub their palms, salivate, and drool.

If you forget to pay, a couple of kind letters are sent to you as a friendly reminder that you owe and must pay your taxes.

If you neglect the letters, a courtesy call will be made to find out if and when you will be paying up.

If you duck the letters and calls, IRS agents are unleashed to your premises.

If you duck the letters, calls, and IRS agents, a bounty will be put on your head and a task force of jack boot agents who've been scoping out your every move will be packin' some serious heat, hunt you down 'til you're caught, handcuffed, and brought to justice before a judge who will determine how long you should spend behind bars as an example to other potential tax evaders.

Bottom line? Avoid all the drama and pay your taxes.
