What kind of fan am I? The kind of fan who doesn't try and insult people who score fights differently, the kind of fan who likes to hear how others saw the fight, and the kind of fan who can look at more than one side to an argument, and make unbiased observations when the time calls.

Obviously if I don't think it was enough to steal the round, I didn't see "garbage" punches, and what excuse are you talking about? Who is making one for whom?

I am merely playing devils advocate and can see the fight being scored both ways.

I had Manny by a landslide that night just like everyone else. I went home and watched it several more times and have it going both ways closely. You don't have to agree.
After the fight, I watched it 2X with 11 boxing pundits. Most have it at 9-3, at least two submitted 8-4 scorecard. One trainer scored it at 10-2. A media practitioner had it at 7-5. All for Pac.

Your opinion however, is respected my mang.

yeah but this was a huge robbery on the massive stage. There have been robberies like Lara vs Williams but this was a one sided fight given to the wrong guy on a massive ppv fight.

I wonder if all boxers who got a gift should give back their titles and acknowledge they lost, or are we making a special case for Manny?

"It was a ridiculous decision. Bradley lost the majority of the rounds. If it was me personally, I would admit defeat and say, 'Here's your belt back.'"

People's reaction to this fight makes me laugh, it shows what star power does. I didn't read people saying ''Pacquiao should hand his title back to Marquez'' after losing the fight in the eyes of the majority.
            Good post. I agree.

I do however love what Ward said at the same time, he is right, but I disagree that it wasn't close, The fight looks closer every time I watch it.

If Bradley thinks he lost, give the belt back then. Easier said than done, and as classy as Ward is there is no telling that he would actually do it in the same circumstances, but if Bradley thinks he won, keep the belt by all means. He did afterall put it all in the fight and hang in there, win or lose.

Dude, why would you go home, watch Bradley slap Manny's gloves and arms for an hour, and then score it closer? The vast majority of Bradley's activity was soft jabs and punches landed on Manny's arms or gloves. The only time he ever seemed to throw a combination was when Manny was covering up, and he'd just block them all anyway. Really, the only real shots Bradley landed were to Manny's body and there weren't enough of them nor were they good enough to make up for the quality of power shots Manny dished him in every round. End of story.

The Marquez fight was very close fight, the Bradley fight was not... And it's ****** for Bradley to claim that he controlled the fight with his jab, WTF is he talking about, Bradley threw a total of 449 jabs the entire fight and got in only 51 (11 percent) in twelve rounds, Bradley was punching the air most of the time for f****'s sake...

Thats pain in the ass after pain. Mayweather sr. said the judges should find another job. J. Mayweather said its a highway robbery but yet the floydiots said the Mayweathers don't know sh"t about boxing. Hilarious!

Bradley won a very controversial decision against Pacquiao on Saturday, and almost all of the reporters and fans in Las Vegas thought Pacquiao dominated the fight.

"It was a ridiculous decision," said Ward, who was at the fight. "Bradley lost the majority of the rounds. If it was me personally, I would admit defeat and say, 'Here's your belt back.'"

Bradley said after the fight that he would watch it again to see if he really won. But his comments got stronger later, saying he thought he "carried the fight with my jab" and that he was the "No. 2 pound-for-pound" best fighter behind Floyd Mayweather.

If Bradley did watch the fight over again, he would clearly see that he lost the fight, Ward said. Bradley didn't get one good punch in, Pacquiao said, and Ward agreed that Bradley's lack of power was evident.

"There was nothing there, nothing to suggest it was even close," Ward said. "If you were being generous, extremely generous, maybe you could give Tim four rounds and he loses 8-4. I love Tim, he is a friend of mine, but he has to know that he lost that fight."

And Bradley should say that and give the belt back to Pacquiao.

"It's the right thing to do," Ward said. "It's a tough situation, but you gotta make a stand and that will help make sure that this kind of thing doesn't happen again. He won't lose any stock - in fact, his reputation would be enhanced.

"It would help us put the reigns on this Wild Wild West situation that boxing has become."

Ironically, if Bradley had lost the fight he might be looked at more favorably by boxing fans.

"He has nothing to hang his head about," Ward said. "He hurt his foot early and he never gave up, took some good shots and hung in there."

Ward was at the Pacquiao-Bradley match to promote his Sept. 8 fight in his hometown of Oakland against light heavyweight champ Chad Dawson. Ward was stunned just like everyone else at the MGM Grand when the split-decision result was announced.

"My first reaction was shock, then anger and then sadness," Ward said. "I have dedicated half of my life to this sport and what happened Saturday is unacceptable. And it's going to continue to happen until there is a commission that starts to impose sanctions. There have to be investigations and punishments."

Coming from Mr. Backyard himself. The dude fights in his hometown with hometown judges 90% of the time...why does he think that's the case? It's in case of a close decision so that it's sure to go in his favor.
