I think it could be a good idea to get some ex boxers to be judges, it seems that these judges don't even have a boxer back ground.

Ex boxers for judges sounds like a great idea. I'm sure they have much more of an idea how a boxer's demeanor is in the ring judging by their actions. What punches get through/blocked, etc.
