When only 3 people in a whole arena have the fight scored this close something isnt right. Its not like they watched it a 2nd time with no volume or whatever they were in the same place that everyone scored it as a white wash yet they saw it differently... hmm strange.
Difference being the judges were there as neutrals and score the fight with no bias. The crowd were all Pacquiao fans.

His probem was starting in rounds 2-3 through round 9, he opted to trade far far far too often with Manny. When most anyone trades with Manny, it's not good for them. He usually gets the better of anyone who trades with him.
He needs to box and circle to his left, away from Pac's left hand, work the jab, counter him when he lunges forward, don't be willing to get into exchanges with Manny, and out box him. He's capable of doing so, he just elected to trade too often. Hopefully he and Joel Diaz realize this from rewatching the fight.
but i didn't see pacquiao really outlanding bradley in the exchanges all the time and bradley never got knocked down so it was not that bad for him

When I had Bradley winning the first 3, and Lederman had Pac winning the first 3, I got a knot in my stomach thinking "oh boy, just give Pac rounds, why don't you.." I mean, Timmy started NEOing Pac's punches and crowd was acting like Tim was ready to go. However, I did have Pac winning rounds 4 through 8...then it looked like he gassed (or assumed he would get Mayweather treatment and just be given the rounds after the first 30 seconds lol). All of a sudden, it looked like Timmy got into a groove....he silently took the next 3 rounds. Pac woke up and took the last round.....114-114.

Personally I would like to see Bailey and Bradley get it on.
More like influenced by Jim Lampley.

Why did this happen? I don't know, what could Arum gain from this? All I do know is that it was one of the worst if not the worst decisions I have ever seen and we as fans should not accept this. I'm not a fan of Manny Pacquaio or against Bradley, I just love the sport of boxing.

I know there are trolls here enjoying what happened but in a serious thread about a serious issue, I'm disgusted. To those of you who compare this to medicine given to Pac because of what happened to him vs JMM, it isn't even close. Those were tough, competitive fights, this was a one sided beat down that was boring to watch because Bradley had nothing left for Pac. You could see Bradley's body language and then you couple that with the fact he told Arum he lost, the compubox stats and that almost all of the press had Pac winning, this made a mockery of the sport.

I do know that if there is a silver lining in all of this it's that hopefully the govt will step in and take control of this rogue sport. Different commissions in different states, judges that are old and part of the establishment that is the problem and then the promoters who run boxing and fighters into the ground for their own personal monetary gain. We need a boxing Czar, someone who runs all aspects of the sport, unifies the rules and can overturn horrible decisions like this.

We need changes or boxing is done as we know it and this is not an exaggeration. My friends from the MMA gym I help train fighters at texted me and told me "This is why MMA is bigger than boxing now". I had nothing back to say.... To think a fighter dedicates 6-8 weeks of blood sweat and tears, takes punishment in the fights and then is handed down a cowardly decision like this, it's a crime to be quite honest with you. Respect to Bradley, he wasn't the judge but he knew he lost, Arum knew, the press knew, the fans knew and still we were handed something like this.

I will never again pay one red cent towards anything promoted by Top Rank and that's my word. Boxing's integrity died on Saturday night.

            Here lies boxing 1838 - 2012
I really liked this post. Props to the big Mexican. Only thing I might disagree with is the conclusion that boxing died and the notion of government oversight. Please ... we don't need more government in this country. And, what about other countries? It simply cannot be done fairly. We are going to have to accept the fact that money runs the show and that is not always a bad thing. In fact, in many instances, greed for money produces a much purer product. IT WAS BUSINESS that produced this decision. A terrible decision, but was it good for boxing?? MAYBE IT WAS. The fact is that the paying boxing public's obsession with a Floyd v Pac fight was sucking the air out of the sport...BECAUSE that bout will not happen. Floyd will not risk the undefeated goose egg to fight Manny Pac. THIS IS THE TRUTH.

So, in a circumspect way of thinking, it may be that this decision will not cause boxing to "die", but in fact revive it. For 4 years we've been pining for the fight. It's not gonna happen. The business of boxing is putting an end to it. It is a shame that the good guy had to take the fall, but that is just the way it is. It shoulda been Floyd cause he's the cherry picker here. We all know it. The boxing public knows it.

You see if the corruption favors my fighter then I am all cool with it and I turn a blind eye. If it favors the other guy, I will b1tch and moan about it and sign an online petition to get the decision overturned.

HBO has been terrible for a while.... continually make wrong calls in Mayweather fights and try to make it more competitive then it really is. terribely biased. i dont mind steward but they need a former boxer on it reguauarly, RJJ is great he needs to be there full time.
