Pacquiao has basically retired...
De La Hoya
Hatton
Margarito
Mosley
and damaged Cotto badly.
Bradley isn't about to become some star because after 2 fights with Pacquiao he won't have much left.

Why did this happen? I don't know, what could Arum gain from this? All I do know is that it was one of the worst if not the worst decisions I have ever seen and we as fans should not accept this. I'm not a fan of Manny Pacquaio or against Bradley, I just love the sport of boxing.
I know there are trolls here enjoying what happened but in a serious thread about a serious issue, I'm disgusted. To those of you who compare this to medicine given to Pac because of what happened to him vs JMM, it isn't even close. Those were tough, competitive fights, this was a one sided beat down that was boring to watch because Bradley had nothing left for Pac. You could see Bradley's body language and then you couple that with the fact he told Arum he lost, the compubox stats and that almost all of the press had Pac winning, this made a mockery of the sport.
I do know that if there is a silver lining in all of this it's that hopefully the govt will step in and take control of this rogue sport. Different commissions in different states, judges that are old and part of the establishment that is the problem and then the promoters who run boxing and fighters into the ground for their own personal monetary gain. We need a boxing Czar, someone who runs all aspects of the sport, unifies the rules and can overturn horrible decisions like this.
We need changes or boxing is done as we know it and this is not an exaggeration. My friends from the MMA gym I help train fighters at texted me and told me "This is why MMA is bigger than boxing now". I had nothing back to say.... To think a fighter dedicates 6-8 weeks of blood sweat and tears, takes punishment in the fights and then is handed down a cowardly decision like this, it's a crime to be quite honest with you. Respect to Bradley, he wasn't the judge but he knew he lost, Arum knew, the press knew, the fans knew and still we were handed something like this.
I will never again pay one red cent towards anything promoted by Top Rank and that's my word. Boxing's integrity died on Saturday night.
Here lies boxing 1838 - 2012
