but i'm not stressing any legal point...all i said was boxing forum posters like you and me should not act like they know more than the lawyers. and that's what exactly what you did...you acted like a know-it-all guy who can't even stand firm on his opinions.
and i don't need your explanation...please don't throw that out to my face. if i need one i will go to somebody else but you

What never made sense about that particular allegation is who would so dumb enough to put such a thing in a e-mail? It's not even like relations were cordial with the other side.

Oh well, we'll find out if it exists. But I doubt it.

Hahahahahaha!!! The funny thing is Floyd was ****** enough to think that this set up was viable and people would not see right through it... This is the first thought that would have honestly crossed most sensible peoples brains.. *****s not included.

If one point turns out to be unfounded then you just drop it and go to another one of the many points you have it does not hurt the rest of your case unless it is a key point that is the foundation of multiple points then you lose all that come from that tree.
Why are you educating all these uneducated morons? Why? seriously..

Keep searching~ you might come up with a real point before the end of the day.

Don't put you and I on the same level on this topic~ we are as far apart as an ant and a hawk, this thread has shown it.

My opinion is firm I don't find this very meaningful nor do I think it will mean much.

Am sure they would have to call Tim smith to the stand, Not sure if he can reveal his source in a court of law or not, At the end of the day it might open a can of worm if a journalist is told to reveal his source over just 5M dollars.
