Originally posted by ChrististheAnswer2Marquez laid down the blueprint on how to beat Pac, to be honest Pac was lucky to come away from that fight with a draw. He only has one weapon his left cross, thats it.I don't think Pac won a round after the third and in his fight Morales, he got taught a boxing lesson. He did beat Barrera handily but Barrera had many distractions coming into that fight and was unprepared. Barrera would beat Pac in a rematch.
The judge admitted he made a "mistake" in scoring rounds. He took away a point from PAC. The judge admitted it for all to hear. I guess during that time, you got your ear plugged. lol!
Now as for Barrera excuses, if it was really an off-night, then why the hell is he ducking PAC after PAC has issued several challenges to him.
All you need is common sense. lol!

Everybody knows the reason why PAC slowed down was because his left fist got injured after he broke JMM's nose with a single punch. Proof of PAC's power. Now the sad thing is, PAC punched the jagged part of the nose, which broke his fist.
JMM should be thanking his nose cause it was the one who saved him. If not for the broken nose, he's gone. lol!
It's a fact.
But the point is, the judges rigged the decision. Proof of how fair American boxing is to outsiders. lol!

people forget that Pacman did BETTER "AFTER" the cut...not like he was whooping El T, got cut, and all of a sudden did bad...

Having heart makes great fighters. I have seen many fighters who had the skills but no intentions to succeed in their heart. Plain lazy! I think Manny has the heart and desire within and that is why I believe he is a great fighter.
Screw the author of this article!!
You have a right to your wrong-opinion!

When I look at Manny Pacquiao I see a fighter who comes to fight and gives 100% each time out. He gives the fans what they want to see and the guy can punch. His style is great, but overall I have never considered him a great fighter. He gets the job done with what he has, which is pressure and power, but I have never been caught up with him like other people have.
In a lot of ways he reminds me of Welterweight Champion Zab Judah, in that they are both wild and reckless. Pacquiao simply isn't technically sound as some would like to believe. I have always thought his speed was overrated and his defense has been a problem for him as well. He can give it and take it, but when he stepped to the plate against Erik Morales last March we saw many of his flaws exposed. In Morales he met a fighter with a good chin and enough skills to throw him off of his game and come away with the win.
I wasn't terribly surprised by the outcome of the first Morales-Pacquiao fight, but I was surprised by how much Morales had left in his tank. Erik showed that the wars with Barrera hadn't taken their toll completely on of him and for that reason I feel he will defeat Pacquiao if they ever meet again. I just don't think Pacquiao can make the type of adjustments that he needs against a world class fighter like Erik. He is very dangerous in the ring but the bottom line is that his style is repetitive and I see him coming up short against the best of the best.
With all that said I still do feel Pacquiao can have a nice career. I can only see his career being shortened if he continues to take unnecessary punishment like he did against Morales. Pacquiao brings the drama to the fight each time out and he punches with bad intentions. That alone will keep the fans tuning in for more.

and now, he beat lightweight 135lbs david diaz to become the new lightweight champion.
Pacman is the new no.1 best pound for pound fighter per ring magazine and yahoo.
