What does he gain other than money and it won't clear his name. To make matters worse it keeps his name associated with the topic so it will be years worth of headlines versus the one final headline after he retires.

Well yea he can do whatever he wants, I still think it is ill advised at best.

There is an easier, cheaper, faster more viable solution than legal action~ so he really isn't helping his cause to those people.

1.) Pac has a Harvard trainer Lawyer as his promoter. Im sure he knows more about Law than all the *****s in the world put together.

2.) The judge denied Floyd, Oscar, ect, chance of dismissal. Meaning this case has grounds and will go to trial.

Once at trial it will go something like this.

Judge asks "Did you make claims that Mr. Pacquiao was on steriods?"

Floyd "Yeaa ur honor."

Judge "And what proof do you have?"

Floyd "Uhhh, Well U C, whut had happend iz...."

Judge "Quit bull****ting, wheres your proof?"

What these Dumba$$es don't understand is that no lawyer would turn this down. This case has money written all over it, why would any judge throw this away, court system is about to collect.

Pac's lawyer probably wakes up laughing everyday, easy money. The dude doesn't even have to win the lawsuit, he gains and everybody else loses.

Pac still has to prove that he lost millions of dollars, which is gonna be hard considering he's probably in the top ten highest paid athlete in 2010.

No, all the defense has to do is bring up doubt they do not have to try and prove anything nor should they. I would assume Floyd and the rest of them have quality representation that know their job and what to do.

I doubt Manny would be allowed to take the stand so really nothing will be learned about him.
