          Wouldn't doubt it honestly.

            Maidana WILL RETIRE Morales!

I always enjoyed Erik Morales' career. A real warrior who always came to fight, fought the best of the best, multiple times, in their primes. Quite the legacy for him to leave behind. Very credible on his part. But that warrior DNA of Morales, is about to get him his final Waterloo. Maidana is going to destroy him in a vicious way, will be much easier for Maidana to find and unload on than Amir Khan was. Barrera is just as delusional as Morales is. Both fought a lot of wars in their day, against the best. But Maidana is one bad, dangerous warrior, in a bad mood from his loss to Khan, and he's out to make a point. Look for Maidana to blow Morales out in 4 rounds or sooner, then come calling Khan out for a rematch.

Well there were highly publicized rumors that Morales did ******* between fights back in his prime. I even read a Doug Fischer story (or possibly email response) that mentioned it back in Morales heyday, but I would be surprised if he still does that now. If he does, he will get broken in half by Maidana...

But, I am just wondering, is anybody (HBO, Showtime or ????) going to show this fight or are they going to go PPV if neither network picks it up? I don't want to pay for this fight (unless it is $19.99 like Morales older PPVs before he fought Barrera the first time) but I think it will be a great fight while it lasts. I will be pulling for Morales but I don't see him being able to hurt and put down Maidana for good. That is what will need to happen because as we all know, Maidana just keeps coming and coming and carries his power into the later rounds...

Morales has always been one of my fav fighters but I just think that he is going to get hurt in this fight.

As I said before in Morales prime he beats Maidana but the Morales of 2011 is done.

However I also as sort of a cop out feel that every fighter has one more performance left in him so maybe as this world is so strange maybe he can pull it off.

either way could be interesting as long as it lasts

Pac beat a weight drained past his prime morales.

Maidana will be fighting a bloated, chubby past his prime morales.

                  Big difference right there.
