If and when Alexander beats Bradley,isn't he number 1 at 140??

When I watch tonights fight sometime next week I would be able to give u a better answer.

Right now Bradley is clearly better IMO, but if Tim loses tonight then I would have to go with Kotelnik.

This is called not giving credit where credit is due, in whatway is Maidana better than Alexander he beat an overhyped no heart prospect in Ortiz and got outboxed by shot shot Corley.

This makes no sense. So if Bradley wins, that's that and he's number one and wouldn't have to fight anyone to prove it. But if Alexander beats the guy who you claim is number one, he has to fight two opponents who Bradley has not faced in order to claim to be the best in the division?

God you're a moron, I can see this is much too complicated for you but try to follow along. Right now we all acknowledge that Pacquiao is the number p4p fighter in the sport. If he were to defeat Sugar Shane Mosley he will keep that position, but if Shane beats Pacquiao that doesn't mean Shane Mosley is automatically the p4p number one fighter in the sport or even the best welterweight.

Timothy Bradley is the number one guy at jr WW and I'll argue that with anybody, he's not the best in the division by a whole lot but a win over Devon will cement his position. Devon on the other hand has more work to claim that spot (even with a hypothetical win over Bradley).

Now I'm not saying Alexander is garbage, rather a C-class (maybe B class) fighter at best.

A garbage fighter is someone like Freddy Hernandez, Henry Bruseless or someone of that nature.

Alexander is decent.....maybe on the level of guys like K-9 Bundrage, Alphonso Gomez or Antonio Demarco...lol

Either way, here it goes. Why would you say Bradley's the better fighter of the 2 then do a quick flip and say he's "overhyped" if he loses tonight? To me it sounds like an excuse that's ready to be used on your part. I think the majority of us on here would agree that Bradley's resume is superior of the 2 so would he be overhyped if he lost to Alexander?

Is it because of the Kotelnik fight you say this? I really don't get it. If Bradley wins against someone like Devon Alexander, you're willing to chalk it up as a good or great win for Timmy? But if Alexander wins, you're gonna go out of your way and say Bradley was overhyped to begin with just to not give Alexander his props? Even before watching 1 second of the fight....
