Lennox Beat Klitschko the first time, in my opinion, only because of his eye, if it wasn't for that, Vitali had the fight, he landed so many great body shots and head shots. I'd love to see a re-match, watch Vitali pound Lewis' face in.

SCAP-You like other people tend to forget that each fighter had 11 days to prepare for each other, that is hardly enough to master a fighters style, Lennox was training to fight a smaller guy and planned to lean in on him and use his weight as an advantage which im sure is why he came in so heavy.

These two guys didnt box they brawled and that was because they were not prepared for each other completely, had each fighter had more time I think Lennox would have boxed his ears off.
At no time in my post did I make a prediction or provide any fight analysis from my perspective, therefore I tend to forget ****! I responded to having something to prove if everything that you say is true (which I tend to agree with) then LL does have something to prove. If I have to pick a winner I would go with LL, I would root for VK but put a gun to my head and I am taking the big brit...again what do I tend to forget???

I'm all for Lewis coming back to face V. Klit again.

Considering the sorry state of the division....how can you not want to see them go at it again ?

lewis mentioned that he is nine months away to be fighting fit, if the re-match will ever happen it would be late next year ...

how much will the long lay-off and age will affect LL performance???

Lennox says fight "stirred something inside me."
Current heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko may get his wish for a rematch with former champ Lennox Lewis after all. Like many former world champions who have been lured out of retirement by dreams of further ring glory, Lewis' resolve to stay out of the ring may have finally cracked. Lennox told reporters, "These kinds of fights do tempt me to think about coming back because when I see the weaknesses Vitali has, I know I can beat him. I felt like jumping in the ring and saying 'Danny, sit down mate, let me sort this out for you. Let me show you how it's done'.'i told you go for the eyes. cuts are the only way. let me show you how to cut around the eyes.' I'm nine months away from being fighting fit and watching the fight unfold last night stirred something inside me. It showed Klitschko's vulnerability."

Havent seen this posted and figured id post it, Sounds like good and bad news but Lennox is making the same mistake all retired champions have in the past and that is to come back, Although it isnt certain he will it is a hint of a possibility.

c'mon. all you lewis fans want him to stay retired because you know vitaly will only retire him again like he did the first time.

Um this is a 50/50 fight! Lennox easily has the skill to beat VK but he does have chin problems and Vitali was taggin it all 6 rds last time. LL says he would box this time around? Thats good for both i think. VK won't have to fend of all the shots comming from LL and LL could counter VKs slow jab, but I'd say about 50/50 with me going w/ VK in this one. That all being said. LL is just talkin **** he aint coming out of retirement in nine months.
