That Manny was not malnourished and lived in poverty.

Or the part where eating well help you develop better physically than being malnourished?
Bringing that up is ******ed, he was well enough to go 12 rounds whenever he had to in his career. I've never seen him gas out, ever.

True statement. But you must be born with the potential to be a champion. I don't care what those motivational coaches in countless infomercials would have you believe.

Malnutrition in the first two years is irreversible. Malnourished children grow up with worse health and lower educational achievements. Their own children also tend to be smaller.

Pacquiao growing up did not alway get food, he didn't starve but his dieted was limited and sometime only had a couple meals a day.

Pacquiao started boxing for money for food.

And then Floyd was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, there is no comparing.
But..but.. Gino Ros is a gay pinoy remember? Of course he knows what poverty is like in the Philippines compared to the US.

Exactly how do you infer any of that from my statement?

As for Manny, I don't think he's juicing. But who can rule it out in this day and age?

"No point in mentioning these bats, I thought. Poor bastard will see them soon enough...."

He still would have been a really good fighter with a semi decent trainer, because the bottom line is that he had freakish speed and power from the start. He wouldn't be as successful and certainly wouldn't have been able to climb to the weights he has, because he never would have learned the technique he has needed to do so.
