GBP hasnt done **** for Shane. Yall keep saying he got a big fight last year but look how long it took him to get it. Shane shouldve fought May after the vargas fight but im 100% sure Oscar paid him to step aside. GBP started feeding SSM to the young up and comers like Collazo which some people thought SSM was to old. Cotto which people thought SSM would get KO and he was to old. Marg which people though he would get KO and sent to retirement b/c he was to old. Top it off Oscar didnt even go to the fight & support his fighter. Berto but the fight didn't go thru.. instead of putting SSM with May GBP put Hatton, tried to put himself in there again and JMM. IF the Pac/May and SSM/Berto fights wouldve happened SSM still wouldnt have fought May. They had no intentions on making that fight or getting shane a big check. They are trying to repeat the cycle with Pac (dlh, hatton then jmm) leaving SSM out the loop again. IMO if it wasnt for GBP he wouldve had bigger fights long time ago. Im happy he left & GBP is showing their true character & feelings towards the man now that he is gone

This is business. Both parties are going to act in their best interest. It was in Mosley's best interest to leave GBP to get the money fight. Can't hate on the man for that. Instead of GBP looking at it as business & moving on, they took it very personal. You got Shaffeur smashing Jin & joking about it with Oscar

GBP knows they owe Mosely millions and they will have to pay him for his stake no matter what Schaefer says. But what they are doing is basically telling Mosely: Here is a check for $1,000. F you, now go spend six figures in lawyer fees recouping your 15%. Lawyer fees are a drop in the bucket for GBP, but for Mosely it's gotta hurt seeing as he wants to start his own promotional banner. The only other thing it can be is that Mosely and GBP must have had a "non-compete" clause which basically means if Mosely becomes a competitor of GBP in the promotions business he forfeits all but $1,000. Non-competing clauses are a common agreement in business these days.

How Mosley got the Manny pay day is now coming into focus. I bet you dollar to donuts Arum is either bank-rolling a portion of Mosely's new company or has a stake in it or has a partnership agreement with Mosley. Sort of like Cotto promotions is independent but still partners with Arum's fighters for it's shows.
