pac did not totally refused random testing...people should stop with this misguided perceptions.

he only refused one type of testing and that is random blood testing. he didn't refused random urine testing. blood testing is not enough...in fact there are peds that can not be detected by blood. most forms of epo, steroids (including designer ones) and insulins can be better detected by urine. only a few peds can be detected only by blood like HGH which the mayweathers believed pac is taking.

but then pac has already progressed with his stance as far as blood testing is concerned. last time out he went as far as 7 days cutoff for blood and of course random urine testing. maybe next time he'll agree to random blood too. they'll just have to open the negotiation again.
