what agenda is that if any thing he wants the fight to come off for his company HBO saying arum didnt want the fight isnt going to help that cause. you gotta understand that arum used to promote mayweather he even went as far as saying he was the best thing since ali the best thing he can come u with for pac is he has this his bruce lee style what in the world is a bruce lee style in boxing any way. bottom line is arum knows damn well its a good chance pac gets his ass whoop so bad it would mess up every thing he built for pac and HIM.
Yeah that was my point(not that I stated it). Max kellerman to. When he is not on hbo broadcast he call it for what it is. But when he is on hbo like Larry they say **** like Floyd is scared. Then you have d-ck heads like mike wilbon calling dude a coward(which you should never call fighter. Whether he is a bum or a superstar).

thats one way to look at it, another is the september issue of ring magazine, mayweather saying he won't fight someone better than him and that he will get out of the sport if they tried to force him into a fight.
He has done the above twice already with two vacations
his dad saying he didnt want his son fighting pac as he feared for his sons life and so on shows mayweather and his family dont think they can win
feud between Top Rank and Golden Boy…
“As for the feud, I think in some way it is business related.
That’s to say they are both trying to tap the same source
of fighters. So there’s a competitive side to it. I think there
is an emotional side to it because of Arum’s feelings about
Oscar leaving him. And, it came to another head when they
were battling to the rights over Pacquiao, And......
it’s not a good thing for boxing when Arum
thinks he’s got the big edge and he doesn’t
want to give Golden Boy a chance to use any
of his fighters for them to get stronger. So you
get a kind of inbreeding of matchmaking. I don’t
think it’s good for the sport.”
Perhaps the smartest and inciteful interview Larry Merchant has
EVER done.
Some of you guys pick and choose what you want to hear. If you look deeper at Merchant's comment regarding Arum not wanting the fight, that was due to the friction between Golden Boy and Top Rank, who have had an uneasy working relationship in the past. Merchant did go on to say that Arum had capitulated in the past, in order to make fights with King, who he had an even worse relationship with in the past. God some of you would find any reason to fluff Mayweather if you could. At least learn to comprehend context in statements.
