we would have had cotto marg is bob didnt refuse to make the fight. we would have had floyd pac if pac didnt walk away and continue to comeup with lie after lie why he cant take tests without cut offs

i'm a neutral fan of these 2. i know as a thick idiot you will struggle to comprehend that people can actually like both to watch and not be fanatical about one or the other. it hurts doesnt it?
i cant listen or take seriously anything you say because you have an agenda.
you are someones b1tch with your name, "yes sir" and you roll with floyds foundation stuff, making me think you work for him....so take a running jump pal.

Mayweather faced the best out there and it was a cake walk.
He doesn't have to get his jaw broke or knocked down to show his greatness.
        41-0 says it all.
Mayweather is the most talented fighter of this era, but has not fought the best out there and not in their prime, he retired and completely dismissed the thought of fighting a lion like Cotto in his prime, they were both Jr welters at the time, struggled against Castillo, beat a starving Corrales who was beggin him to fight and didnt happen til Chico had court and weight issues, beat JMM who had to jump 2 divisions, beat an old Mosley, the best thing he ever did was beat an inform undefeated Ricky Hatton which i will give him credit for, but as much as i enjoy watchin him fight, its very disapointing he didnt do more with his talent, especially if the Pac fight doesnt happen, which i blame them both for, its seems they're both content not to fight each other.

          This is a great article

Floyd fans cant get it thru their heads that it isnt Floyds skills that are in question, it is his opponents and lack of desire that made him a superstar

Like the writer explained, he transitioned from "Pretty Boy" to "Money" Mayweather. Pretty boy was interesting inside the ring and out and fought all comers.

your argument conveniently leaves out weight class discussion, but that is expected.

Floyd doesnt have the heart of a boxer. And now that Pacquiao is breathing down his neck he started getting himself in trouble on purpose to avoid fighting him. Its sad really. What will be even sadder is if he gets locked up in prison. Hes rich and can have everything he wants but hes gonna beat up his girlfriend and a mall cop? He deserves what he has coming.

No a bad piece, but it;s the same cautionary bull**** tale told over and over. If this author (and others) really knew their boxing history he would come to this conclusion: SRR and Joe Louis would be patting Floyd on the back for getting what's his.

I am not disappointed with Floyd's career. I do not even get disappointed with most of the ignorance on this board or from people in general. I know the truth on why the Cotto, Margarito(cheater), and Pacquiao fights did not and has not happened. What I laugh at is certain individuals believe that some of these promoters really wanted to put their fighters in there with Floyd. I know Bob Arum does not want to sacrifice his fighters to Floyd. How many times does Arum have to prove it before people get it?
