IF he didn't know who Floyd was why did the CCTV footage end up with TMZ???

The security sent the video to the police since apparently based on the video Floyd just drove off without presenting an ID. Its the right move by the security to send the CCTV video to the real cops..

It's in the police precinct where the TMZ people got a hold of the video, and not from the rent-a-cop

Floyd driving around in a Miss Jackson promo SuV that he owns is lame. The security company clearly has it out for Floyd. Floyd gets robbed at his house a while back and this security company doesnt see ****. Any security guard working in a gated community knows the most flamboyant resident. Especially if he allegedly poked your co worker in the eye. Unfortunately in Clark county Floyd might have hurt his case. Instead of spending ****** $ hire a driver or let Ellerbe set up a meeting with this security company so this **** doesn't happen again.

so the guard was new to his job and just moved to Vegas from out of town and happened to show a colleague the footage??

In Floyds defence ill be mad as hell also if my security guard wouldnt let me into my own house. I'm tired, its late as hell, and my guard foesnt wanna let me in my house.

Well first once again that is the gaurds job,and 2ndly I worked security for *****s Plaza Hotel back in the late 80's and we had a couple of guys who were looka celeb pretenders allways trying to get in and up to the celeb guest rooms.(one guy was a dead ringer for Rod Stewart.)and I have ask many celebs for ids back then(neve watched much tv soI was clueless about alot of the tv stars) but once again you cannot slite the guard because one of his job specs is to check the incoming peoples id. that is why he is at the gate

I don't have much self control, which is why I applaud Floyd. This guard knows he's being an asshole. He's doing it to annoy Floyd and trying to cash in.

yes maybe the guard was doing it to annoy floyd, maybe not, but I have had many people try to provoke me during my work when I worked for the Plaza hotel and I wouldn't bite.Becuase I knew if I push the guys face in I would lose my job(and it paid really well) and may end up costing the plaza a law siut. When your in Floyds shoes you cannot let people get the better of your temper. Just smile and show your id.and none of this would be news.and the guard is protected because he was doing what he was asigned to do. If the gated communty security company tries to fire the guard he now has an unlawful termination suit.
