larry put pac on his top 10 p4p list back in 2001 , 2 years BEFORE pac even fought barrera.

larry fell in love with pac after the ledwaba fight on the delahoya-castillejo undercard.

that's why after that fight , pac became an hbo fighter.

sanchez , barrera , marquez..... all were hbo fights. pac was also hbo's choice to showcase in the hbo/showtime co-promotion for lewis-tyson.

That puts a slightly different slant on things.

I dont like to question Gods (see Larry) logic, but he is dead wrong on this one. Also, the title is misleading as hell. It should say "Most dangerous of the three options" which is what he actually said. This makes it sound like Merchant is really blessing the fight. Doesnt sound that way when you read it.

If a genuine, honest, boxing fan were to publicly state that 147 is too high for Marquez, then how can they possibly deny that the 147 demand from Team Pacquiao is a total cherry-picking b1tch-move ?

According to Ariza/Roach, Manny is a natural JWW and can easily make 140.

1.) Manny Pacquiao is a coward for claiming to be an 8-division champion, and yet being too scared to EVER fight an actual JMW oppenent.

2.) Manny Pacquiao is also a coward for ducking Mayweather back in December, either that or he is a steroid cheat. He didn't want none of Mayweather or the tests, thats for sure.

3.) Manny Pacquiao is also a coward for ducking Sergio Martinez. If JMM can go up two divisions to WW, then surely Manny can defend his JMW title at 154. What a b1tch Manny.

4.) Manny Pacquiao is also a coward for demanding a catch-weight for Cotto. There are two reasons to demand a catch-weight, either you are not good enough to compete with that fighter at his natural weight, which is fine..... or you are attempting to drain him to gain an unfair advantage, which is cowardly. Team Pacquiao tried to drain Cotto, because Manny had already fought at 147.

5.) Manny Pacquiao is also a coward for ducking Shane Mosley - TWICE !!

* Manny will not fight anybody who is in their prime

The problem with the pro Marquez group is that they are making their argument using the win at LW against Katsidis as justification for a WW championship against the Face-Breaker, Pacquiao.

Marquez can't even beat any of the top 4 140 pounders, why do you think Marquez is avoiding the jr. ww and hiding at the LW division? And why is he hiding there? Because there are tomato cans there with the names like Acosta, Demarco, Kim, Moses, Peterson, and Demarco in the top 10.
