Pacquiao has unknowingly proved that he could fight JMM at 140 lbs or even 138 lbs. Without all those extra Ariza "protein" shakes and extra calories, Pac can make 140 lbs, your daddy Roach even said Pac's a natural junior welterweight. Marquez has gone 2-0 in his last 2 outings, Mosley has gone 0-1-1. Face it, you can't justify this fight against Mosley.

      • Dehydrated De La Hoya
      • Ricky Hatton
      • Miguel Cotto at a catch weight
      • Joshua Clottey
      • Past prime cheater Margarito
      • Shot Mosley

In the end, nobody cares...Leonard had great fights people still talk about till this day, as will people with Pacquiao's fights when his time is up.
You badly missed the point there kid.

Nobody, get this..... NOBODY, gives SRL any credit for Lalonde.

They don't need to, because Ray had already cemented his legacy WELL BEFORE THEN, by taking on great fighters who were in their prime.

Whereas Pacquiao's legacy is almost completely made up of Lalonde's.

EVERY SINGLE FIGHT dating back to Morales has question marks.

Catch-weights, shop-worn opponents, exhibition match's passed off as title fights, lucky decisons, OST issues, bizarre occurences both in and out of the ring, in house match-ups, and the list goes on, and on.....

And that also accounts for the fighters that Pacquiao beat since he became "special", you know the time I'm talking about..... I'm talking about since Manny gained 15lbs of muscle in less than 18 months while ripping through 3 divisions and then refusing random blood tests

Not only is his legacy highly questionable, but it is likely fraudulent as well.

It is a joke that you compared Pacquiao to Leonard.

how does a boxer coming off two terrible fights "earned the money"...yeah marquez lost to mayweather, and margarito got ko'd by shane, then looked awful in his following fight, margarito has looked awful in his recent fights and to you he "deserved" the big payday but not marquez who is a current champ not like margarito who wasn't anything

Agreed, and even a 65/35 split would likely equate to $5mil for Marquez.

65/35 is fair, because Manny is the draw.

140lbs is fair, because Marquez is already stretched at LW, and Manny is a natural JWW and can easily make 140 according to both Ariza and Roach.

Get that contract drawn up Jono ^^

My bottom line, not that it matter's.....

Is that IF, Marquez were to get the nod from Manny, 5mil is fair, and so is 140.

                  They just wanna fight Shane.

If they include a catch-weight demand, I am gonna laugh my arse off.

I can't believe you guys keep on saying pac is ducking jmm when they have already fought twice

jmm definitely won that fight if he didn't went down in the first place.
is that pac's fault that the judges scored it a pac win mainly because of the knockdown.

pac will knock out jmm @ 147 and 140 now. only jmm die hards don't want to believe it

just proves that boxing fans were right when they were saying pac will never fight martinez...
if pac is so great he would fight him, 40 years old archie moore fought rocky marciano at heavyweight, thats some1 with balls.
first it was oscar, then hatton and now its gonna be mosley, pac loves to fight the leftovers of fmj...
                      what a joke... erm ATG!!!
