Any other fighter that an opponent request a random test and he declines raise su****ions and the media and fans will beat this person down...Now we are talking about Manny Pacquiao, now is a different standard. How Floyd DARED to ask for random blood test, geezzz!!!...I guarantee that it would it been the other way around (Manny asked Floyd for a random OST) and Floyd declined it would be a hole different issue...
