Exactly. Just like the old David Diaz treatment and similar to Roy Jones vs John Ruiz. Sure he can cherry pick a heavier guy that doesnt look so hot and beat him. But can he stay and defend that belt? At the weight limit? Nah. Thats blasphemous.

Sergio Gabriel Martinez needs to be The Next Opponent For Pacquiao for the WBC and Ring World Middleweight Championship. That will get Floyd's Attention if he win The Middleweight Championship.

          Thank you!

Bottomline is that people who have preconceived hate on Pacquiao wanted him to lose either conceptually or in the ring even if the odds are so great.

Pacquiao is really pushing it a 148 and they want him to go up to at least 154? Martinez already claimed he is pushing it at 154 likewise...

mosley, berto and marquez would not survive 12 rounds against this version of pac. neither, i think, would khan, maidana, bradley or alexander.

on the other hand, martinez is too big. pac's 154 belt is paper, it's hype. argue inches and pounds all you want, but margarito is a bigger david diaz, while martinez is a bigger manny pacquiao. makes no sense for pac to fight martinez, it's just not a fair fight.

floyd's still the ideal fight. he's the only fighter i can see around welterweight challenging pac right now.

hmm. i can see alexander or bradley surviving by running like cotto did against pac in the second half of their fight. maidana'd get destroyed. khan's heart was proven in his recent fight, but his chin's not good enough to last a good punch from pac (having a sparring session with pac using 18oz gloves doesn't really prove anything).

marquez is old but far from shot. berto's prime but raw. mosley's the only guy among the 3 who's way past prime, but he's easily the hardest puncher. all the same, none of those 3 lasts 10 rounds against pac.

                  Tripping over your standards?

154 is the limit for JMW, and Manny is a JMW champion.

Course, he never fights anybody unless they are shot or disadvantaged, so that fight aint happening.

Why do you guys have just low expectations from Manny ?

Does the dude have some sort of disability or something ?

You two clowns are a joke.

Why would you even mention 150? it is not a division.

That catch-weight rubbish is a joke.

It is absurd that a so-called P4P fighter would require a catchweight.

Agreed, and *******s have made a living out of that line, expecially with JMM.

But only a moron would consider a catch-weight fight even relevant.
