The fact is... GBP works for both Mosley AND JMM..

They just got Mosley a HUGE payday with Floyd this year.

Now they have to work for JMM too... and unlike Mosley, JMM did his job... which is to win.

    Yup, exactly.
Difficult to disagree with you there dude, when you put it like that.

Had GBP have not pushed a bit for JMM to get the fight then I guess they could have disgruntled JMM whom is a more loyal soldier, and Mosley may still have done the same.

I don't necessarily like what Mosley has done. But I guess in the free world I spose I don't blame him so much. Everyone's out for themselves, he's been ripped off by his ex and the courts and he's clearly being equally clinical in getting the $'s in himself.

Mixed bag though for sure. I'd rather Pac faced JMM or Berto but hey ho.

Uh what? GBP didn't "get" Mosley the Floyd fight. All they did was collect their commission check. At the time, there was no one else for Floyd to fight!

In the world of Floyd Mayweather... he didn't have to fight anyone.

He could of picked anyone from the 140lb division if he wanted too.

Could of fought Mathew Hatton as rumors circulated.

Trust me when I tell you... Floyd didn't have to fight anyone, and GBP did in fact negotiate on behalf of Mosley.

Wow, you really are an airhead. Are you just purposely missing his point or do you not get it?

Seems to be a common theme, un-necessary distraction that.

And, your last paragraph I don't know if all roads lead to Floyd. I mean Floyd is really not doing anything right now and really he is irrelevant to the sport as boxing is concern...He making more head waves for things going on outside the sport then things going on in the sport. Pac has been successful even this year they have been successful when it come to the business side without Floyd and the 2 years prior to this year they were successful in terms of boxing legacy without Floyd. So I am not sure where said road leads to. I just know that Mosley and Pac are terrible options.

Back to the topic however, I have no problem with what Shane is doing. He is doing what is best for his boxing career and him making a Pac fight on his own is what he feels is best. Then he should go do that. Top Rank did great by Oscar, and Oscar left them and that was the best move for him. So they(Oscar/GBP) have no right to complain on what Shane is trying to do. Because, Oscar did the same thing years ago.

At the end if this fight gets done I don't blame Shane at all. He is doing what he has to do so more power to him. If he gets the fight good for him. The blame should fall directly on team Pac for choosing Shane as an opponent.

My last paragraph wasn't how I felt. It was how I see Pac and team make Mayweather out to be. They make it seem that if its not Mayweather than you will get yet again, another shyt fight. Its always Mayweather this and Mayweather that and if its not Mayweather its Clottey, Margarito, and most likely Mosley with a follow up with Cotto II at 154.

Again I don't think all roads lead to Mayweather. He's doing "his thing". As a fan of Pac i'm sick of being disappointed with the "selection" process. I don't blame Mosley. Hell I'm glad he's getting yet another big pay day. I know ANYONE in his situation would do it.

Its like I said plenty of other options and as far as Pac saying he wont fight anyone unless its AT 147 validates Pac picking and choosing fighters AT certain weight classes AT certain weights. Cotto said the same thing to Pac yet 147 didn't happen. I don't buy he fights AT 147. There is an agenda behind it weather its avoiding JMM AT 140 or Martinez AT 154. Saying he will ONLY fight at 147 is hypocritical when he didn't even win his WW title at 147. He's says 147 yet he's not getting in with either the TOP 2 WW's AT 147....

That is called picking and choosing fighters AT certain weight classes AT certain weights. Its disappointing.

Don't think to hard about it Shane. It wasn't u and ur amazing promotional/negotiations skills that got u the match. It's the fact ur a big name and an easy win that got u the match. PLUS the fact ur an African American and I assure Bob Arum is gonna rub that in our faces before and after the fight.
