The only decision that needs to protested is the Eric Morel vs Gerry Penalosa decision.

It was a SD with a bogus knockdown and Abner had 1 point taken away from him for hitting Vics balls. HE fight before that, was a draw, far from dominating, like you Mexi's claim Abner Mares did. Can Mares beat anybody without getting a gift? Or is he Julio Cesar Chavez, part 2

SD nothing Vic lost the fight clearly, I have no idea how it could have been scored for him by anyone........this was not a close enough fight to make that sort of a case.

mares should give him a rematch and kick his ass more decisively...

without the cut and the constant clinching darchinny did he wouldve been ktfo late

He knocked him down with a jab. Even without the knockdown, he still would have gotten the split decision by a point.

If he were Puerto Rican. You would have acknowledged that he won a competitive fight.

I wonder why Team Vic Darchinyan does not protest the 111-115 scorecard of Glen Hamada.

If he was Puerto Rican, it'd be home cooking for getting a PUSH knockdown, a SD, and he'd be called a dirty fighter for hitting Vic's balls.

Even without, the bogus knockdown, he'd only win by one point? Nice, arguement LOL

Darchynian wouldn't have the element of surprise again. Mares didn't expect Vic to fight the way he did and it threw off his timing and he looked confused at times. Same thing happened to Perez vs Agbecko. This protest is Vic's doing-- he's been complaining since during the fight and hasn't stopped.

If he was Puerto Rican he wouldn't have been fighting Darchynian, Donaire, Montiel or Mares. Nice argument. LOL!
