Cotto would get destroyed by Martinez. Cotto is too small for Martinez and Martinez is faster than Cotto, Cotto couldnt take Pacquiao's punches, look what Sergio Martinez did to Williams. If they do fight Cotto would be permanently damaged after the fight!!

I think he has a chance, but I'm definitely picking Martinez.

Cotto has good boxing skills though, and isn't nearly as easy to hit as Williams, so if Martinez takes him lightly he has a good chance.

Probably too much lateral movement for the slow of foot Cotto, not to mention Martinez is a southpaw, and that Cotto does'nt seem to have a particularly effective right hand to close the gap to set up his offense.
