Let's put some perspective here. Who has Marquez beaten since getting trashed by Floyd ?!

He beat a recycled Juan Diaz whom he has already beaten once, and who was already beaten by Paulie Malinaggi twice, and by Nate Campbell.

And then he fought Katsidis, who was already beaten by Juan Diaz and Joel Casamayor !

These are both face-first, predictable, Lighweight fighters who are simply tailor-made for his style. He was expected to look good fighting these guys.

I say Marquez go after Khan, Bradley at Junior Welter, or Cotto, Clottey and Margarito at Welter first

Let's be truthful about the OSDT . PBF had no right to demand it , he only did it to spook Manny because Manny had lost a fight prevously when blood was drawn close to the fight. Truth is Manny should have told him to **** off and quit playing games .
PBF is scared of that left hand and punches in bunches . Now he is waiting for Manny to fight alot and hopes to catch him when he is "old ". I personally think PBF is a disgrace to boxing and Manny should never fight him . I'm sick of Floyd's punk-a#* and hope to never see him fight again .

Why do people act like Floyd knew this was the thing to make Pac balk at the negotiation. Prior to the request, no one "knew" Pac was afraid of needles. No one! So stop acting like Floyd knowingly threw a "needle" into negotiations because he "knew" Pac wasn't gonna do it. And your premise is flawed. Floyd is 32 and only fought maybe twice in 3 years. If there's any concern about getting old or rusty, it should be on Floyd. The only reason Manny is fighting so much is because Arum has him under contract for "X" amount of fights and with him being in Congress, Arum can see the finish line on Pac's career. It'll be a bad business decision to have, for argument sakes let's say 5 fights on a fighter. Why would you put the "apex" fight (Floyd) at fight #2 and risk a loss that will knock his money generating power down? Or even make him retire because there's no more fish to fry? Arum is doing what I knew he would do all along. Floyd is the carrot and he's dangling that fight out there and marketing Pac as simply "the guy to beat Floyd", the same way he did with Cotto and Margarito. Floyd has done Arum's job for him the last 5 years. All Arum has done is prop up a fighter and simply say "this guy can beat Floyd" and the public buys it because most people simply regard Floyd as the most skilled boxer in the sport and his attitude make people wanna see him knocked off. The fight will happen. But only when Arum is ready for it to happen. And that's the truth about this whole ordeal. Floyd and Pac may have their issues but it's on a very small scale compared to what Arum is cooking up.

Floyd isn't scared of ****. PAc's fans have to say this. You saw the ***** in PAc when Singsurat knocked his ass out, and PAc never rematched him or Torrecampo who knocked PAc's big waffle iron head out in 3 rounds. !@#$#@! PAc and his fans.
