Because I dont think Mosleys skills are slipping, I think they've fallen and they cant get up. I think Mosley is going to come out with the flicker jab and get blitzed from the start until someone is sick of him getting beat up.

This type fight makes me sad to watch I have no interest in watching old legends get beat up by new ones.

So he really doesn't give a shit about Berto getting famous.
I know he doesn't give a **** but the ''Berto is a nobody'' excuse doesn't make sense because he wants the fight the big names but the big names turn him down.

A lot of what Arum says and does, doesn't make sense.

I really don't see how people can be so sure the Mosley Floyd fought is any different to today's Mosley.

"Coming off 2 KO wins" says nothing to me, because the fights in question were 16 months and 20 months before the Mayweather fight. That's not "coming off" anything, it's history.

To me, the most likely scenario is that Mosley was a beast in January 2009, and by May 2010, something had definitely gone, and that's not at all surprising given his age and the length of time. I wouldn't call it ringrust - just a man's skills permanently ebbing away with age. The Mora fight only seems to confirm this.

I really believe there is probably not that much between the Mosley that Floyd fought, the Mosley that Mora fought, and the Mosley that Pacquiao will be fighting. But that all three are a country mile away from the January 2009 Mosley.

Mismatch? Shane Mosley's genetic makeup disagrees.

I would say Mosley is Mosley and he is not all that much different.

Against guys like Maywaether and Mora Mosley was always going to look bad, he doesn't do well with guys to don't come to fight or can make him ineffective.

While Margarito is a guy he was always meant to look good against on top of that Margarito was probably toast mentally considering what was going down.

To me Manny doesn't fall into that first group so Mosley could do alright but post Oscar Mosley (or PED Mosley) always falls short against true elite competition so hard to really like his chances~

What about Pacquiao's fans insistence that he was old and shot as little as six months ago. Did he get younger and more dangerous after a one sided loss and a draw? That works both ways.
