I am speaking from what I assume of the situation, mayweather not not want the pac fight, simple as that, anyone who can't see that is a total idiot, if floyd wanted the fight the fight would have happened under normal rules

frankly the only fight he should take right now is berto

in my opinion, anyone who thinks mayweather never ducked pac is an idiot, plain and simple, team pac spent months and the best part of a year calling him out

the fact pac complained about blood testing against morales makes their actions more blatant, its as i pac didnt budge from normal rules, 7 or 14 or even 21 days is fine since its way more than normal boxing rules

just to balance it out and avoid being labelled a *******

I repeat, pac going for mosley or marquez at 147 is a ***** move and he should get no credit

So what your saying is, it must be under "normal rules" when pertaining to Mayweather but Pac can make his own? See the logic? Your missing the bigger picture as your simply looking to just blame Mayweather. That's called being a blind hater.

You in fact MUST blame both as Pac said "NO" the first time, Roach said "Pac isn't ready for a fighter in March", Bob Arum said he doesn't like to deal with Golden Boy. The alleged second round, Mayweather went on vacation/court which ironically is where Pac wanted to "fight" him in the first place. Lets also not forget that Bob Arum doesn't like to deal with Golden Boy as the reason Mosley isnt "golden" anymore. So you can say it was Mayweather's fault the fight didnt get made the second time. Do the math, its even. Pac wasnt ready and then Floyd went on vacation. Look at the facts and NOT the hate, player hater.

Futhermore, you act like Pac didn't duck Nate Cambell to fight Diaz, or duck Mosley to fight Clottey and is now ducking Martinez (AT 154 who's title Pac has), Mayweather (AT 147), Berto (AT 147 to unify the TITLE) for "OLD" Mosley and JMM AT 147 when neither are ranked there... Sadly we all know Bob really wants Mosley (now that he's not the #1 WW and is almost 40).

* OST's will be mandatory within a couple of decades
* OST's are mandatory NOW in ALL top amateur sports

But this is the main point.....
* Currently, if an amateur athlete avoids or obstructs an OST request, they are JUDGED GUILTY, by the sanctioning body, and by the public in general.

THE SAME WILL HAPPEN in a few years, because OST will be mandatory at that point in time.

In the future, boxing fans will wonder why Manny insisted upon a cut-off date - which will seem bizarre, because.....
a.) there is no such thing as a cut-off date for OST's
b.) EVERYBODY will be taking OST's as per regulation, at that point in time

Pacquiao is also a coward for ducking Mayweather back in December, either that or he is a steroid cheat. He didn't want none of Mayweather or the tests, that's for sure.

Pacquiao is also a coward for demanding a catch-weight for Cotto. There are only two reasons to demand a catch-weight, either you are not good enough to compete with that fighter at his natural weight, or you are attempting to drain him to gain an unfair advantage. Both are cowardly.

-pac didn't ducked floyd last december it was floyd who keeps on changing his blood testing demand and it seems that he never wanted to compromise even though his osdt is not the proper osdt.
