i think that williams spend too much time @ 147... he nver let his body grow....

now.. hes starving to make the 147 but too... skinny and weak above that weight.....

he should campaign @ 154 and let his body GROW and develop.... he needs at least one year to recover from that loss and to let his body full recover from that cutting and adding weight from fight to fight.... he needs to make up his mind.. cos theres no way.. you can HANG OUT WITH the top dogs..... of 3 division cutting and adding weight from a fight to another with out paying the price......

Maybe hire Emmanuel Steward who seems to be up Williams' arse already. He might be able to help him utilise his height/reach better. But at the end of the day, you are who you are. He should pick a division and try to clean it out. But sooner or later he's gonna run into someone who'll crack his chin again.

Williams needs to totally reinvent himself as a fighter. Instead of focusing mainly on conditioning/endurance/high workrate, he needs to become a defensive technician and learn to utilize his long reach and his height. He also should work on his power so that he wouldn't have to rely soley on his high workrate to wear down/ hurt his opponents.

Also, when he does comeback, he should fight a series of tuneups against low risk guys, instead of trying to jump right back into the mix. He should gradually build up his level of competition until he's comfortable with his new fighting technique and then step it up..

                get a new trainer

What weight class should Williams fight at?
honestly, 147 lbs if I can get down there

How long should he wait to fight?
                not long.

Would you get a new trainer?
                **** yeah

Work on using your reach/height and try to add solid boxing techniques to your game or continue to be the head first brawler that fans love to watch?
continue to be a head first brawler, but with better technique and defense.

Or do you think it's too late, is Williams finished already?
it's not over. pwill can improve
