Don't see why he apologised. He chose to put a hurting on him, and to step in the ring with him. He could foresee the injury and continued so its not like a freak punch that put him in a chair.
I don't exactly think he was wrong in doing so but when two professionals meet in the ring that's the stuff you agree to. Really speaking I wouldn't want my opponent to come in my locker room and apologise to me, it would hurt my pride too much. Then again I would call it a day when my opponent realises how fkd my position is and takes it easy on me.

Boxing is a SPORT. Its a civilized competition between two individuals. Pacquiao has class which goes to speak about his character. Pacquiao has been known to invite defeated foes back to the Phillipines to party. Hes just a classy guy outside the ring and a beast inside it.
