Mosley looked less than spectacular against Mayorga, invincible stopping Margarito. Then he fought Mayweather and didn't look to invincible. And really average against Mora.

Williams fought a nice fight against Margarito. Then got decisioned against the slick Carlos Quintana.


Margarito, if you have the right style, will make you look really good. So good, you will think you're at the top of the world then fight a slick guy/a guy with good handspeed and bite off more than you can chew.

This could be the case. Pacquiao looked really good against Margarito then fight a whole new different style in Floyd Mayweather's and look horrible.

Sort of like what batters say in the MLB. Home Run Derby participants claim that the home run derby contest ruins their swing for the rest of the season. A lot of them agree with this. They get use to slow pitches, having fun, hitting 70 mile per hour balls out of the park. The they go back to those 90+ mph balls and their swings get messed up.

Pac has OBVIOUSLY faced bigger, stronger opponents than Floyd. Hs faced more.

Floyd is a great fighter, a HOFer but he is unquestionably #2 on the P4P list.

Why would Manny be afraid of Floyd? Manny is stronger, just as fast, much more seasoned and fearless. Floyd would NEVER have faced Cheato. Never ever ever.

these guys are not scared of each other, they have known each other for a long time. floyd fights for pride and money, pac fights for pride and money. you say floyd wouldnt face tony? it wasnt due to fear it was due to arum trying to screw floyd on the pay% pac will never face shane, floyd did. pac is a good fighter whos best defense is his offense. he makes a lot of mistakes that jmm was able to captialize on. floyd is faster than jmm and has a far superior defense. in boxing styles make fights thats why pac didnt want to fight saul "hes too big" but fought tony.floyds style has never been solved and he makes fantastic tacticle adjustments in fight. pac is not as fast as floyd and floyd had faced far more styles than pac. pac is fearless and has a ton of heart. but i think roach and arums careful matchmaking has hurt pacs growth. arum always wants to keep the money in the family. but i will say this pac vs floyd will be a heck of a fight but my money is on floyd by late round stoppage. jmm staggered pac twice floyd will be angry and determined to make pac look bad. but they are not scared of each other. thats crazy

Pac is no longer a one hell of one dimensional boxer but a skilled power puncher, the guy's phenomenal. Guys like Barrera,Morales,JMM,Hatton,Delahoya,Cotto,Clottey and IMHO the best WW boxer(even without the inserts) Margarito..knows better than we all do how it feels to go up against Pac. Mayweather may end in prison for a few months next year so I doubt fight will ever happen, but I am still hoping!
Jr/s. outpointing Mosley compared to the beating Pac inflicted on Marg is not even close...who cares what we all thing, but the fact remains.. Pac's name will always be on top for a long, long time(8 T's) and Jr's name will always be the villain, unless proven otherwise.

Exactly. Seeing how Mayweather handled Mosley's nuke, it's safe to say he can make easy work of Pacquiao and stop his reign of "supremacy" (of ruined fighters).

I believe that Mosley is the bigger puncher between the two but over all Manny is more devastating. Manny fractured and mutilated Margarito's face and was holding back at the last 2-3 rounds which, IMO is more damaging then what Mosley did.

Pacquiao will put Mayweather under the pressure like Mosley did in the 2nd round, for as long as the fight lasts. In my opinion, Pacquiao stops Mayweather within 6 rounds.

Easy work? Where is your evidence? This is the problem with some of you guys, this fight could go either way in hindsight. Mayweather isn't sketchy about this fight for nothing, he knows that everything is at stake with Manny, and it will be the hardest fight for him to conquer.. Anyone who doesn't see that are blinded, or biased. This fight sets up to be potentially the most interesting fight of this era. Wake up and smell the coffee lad.

Oh, please. Mosley gave up his only weapon in that fight his power. He was using 10oz gloves not 8oz gloves which is allowed at 147 if both camps/party agrees not only that he was given a limited option of the brand of gloves to use in the fight and those options where gloves with thick padding that would benefit Floyd. Why allow JMM to wear 8oz
gloves and not Mosley.
