I'm no huge fan other either on the personal side though it seems obvious to me Pac cares more about being a better person.

What I want to be explained honestly is how Floyd can beat Pac?

Speed? Neutral at best.

Power? No contest for Pac.

Accuracy? Please, Pac landed shots at will on Cheato's face WHILE he had his defense UP. Floyd looks for openings. Pac makes his.

Experience? Pac has fought bigger, better opponents and many more of them.

The only thing I can imagine is it's been a while since Pac faced a really fast guy but same thing for Floyd really.

I'm not saying Floyd isn't a HOFer. I'm not saying he isn't the absolute best fighter to face Pac because he is.

But in what regard is he better?

The truth is the top fighters in the WW are Marg, Cotto, Clottey, Berto, Mosley, Floyd and Pac

Any combination of those fighters in fights are the ones that makes sense at WW.

And before you get so high on Berto.. Those fighters that I have mentioned are at one time that have won and lost against each other. But guess who is not in the mix.. That's right Berto.. Which means Berto has not proven ****..

And out of those list at WW, how many did Pac fought. And then compare that to Floyd.

Honestly, I haven't seen anyone as a threat to Floyd.
Perhaps over 147 because of the size and weight but
technical wise. I don't see anyone that matches up
to Floyd style wise to determine who can beat him.
I remember in the begining I ws ragging on Floyd too.
Talking about how he was hype but when I saw him
bust Gatti up effortlessly and the same with Corrales?
I was like this kid has pure talent. People can be mad
at Floyd and rightfully so because he should be fighting
but there is noway that people should be talking about
Floyd like he is a easy fight for anyone. People get
excited to see Floyd take punishment and talk about
how he "almost got bested" because it rarely happens,
so that in itself says something about how good Floyd is.
Manny is a good fighter too but in my opinion technically,
Floyd *****s Pac.

Naa I think Martinez has the boxing ability, smarts (unlike Pac), movement, speed, and power to keep Floyd in check... I think it would be a great matchup IMO... I give the sizeable edge to Martinez.... who's the ONLY fighter I would give the edge over Floyd with Pwill next. I think Pac gets a true Gatti ass whooping... Looking all confused not knowing how to counter a GREAT counter puncher with a connect rate higher than most phone providers.... I would say floyd has the slight edge in movement/footwork. He seems more balanced when moving giving him more opportunities to counter when he sees openings.

Have to see it to believe. We all saw weaknesses in Pac but
next to none in Floyd. I would bet all my points that it would

tell me how floyd will win on the judges cards when he gets outworked?

the poor guy had to hold on for dear life...
and as mora proved, shane was more tame than dangerous...
everyone (including me), thought shane was untouchable after margs fight.
shane fans clung on to hope... shane had the tools to be competitive, but he proved to all of us he couldnt use the tools (naz was BEGGING him to do something....)
devils advocate: what if margs was drained for shane fight? lets entertain the possibility of margs not being 100% for shane.... food for thought.

the genius of floyd is that he can make critical adjustments and safely make it to the end... the man has tremendous ring IQ.

if a fighter has the tools & actually executes, floyd will be in trouble...
ex: martinez, p-will, etc.

but i HIGHLY doubt floyd will be fighting those guys... and if he does, great for boxing fans.

Seriously, you want Pac to fight at 154?? He couldn't even make 147 at the weigh-in..

Marg-Pac at 150 is a farce only because it is for the JMW championship.. But other than that it was a good scrap. And Marg was the toughest fight at WW available at the moment, and would be a tougher fight against any of LWW including Bradley,Alexander ..

That's right.. Pac was so afraid of Mosley that's why he fought the guy who beat him. Floyd on the other hand has had one significant fight at WW since he came out of retirement in May 2009. That's freaking 16 months. You know how many elite fighters Pac has fought at 140/147 in a span of 16 months? Four...So carry on with your whining.. I'll wait..

and Hatton after Floyd AND now looks like he will be fighting
another fighter Floyd beat possibly "MOSLEY" Floyd fought
Mosley when it counted (Mosley was the #1 WW at the time).
How can Pac's achievements be more than Floyd when Manny
successful wins came from guys Floyd already beat? Not hating
but rather stating facts.
