Never did I thiink a man could take that much punishment and flush shots from Pacquiao and not be dropped. Pacquiao might have eased up in the 12th, but he was trying to get Tony out of there for the first 11. I watched the fight again, and I am in awe. All of Pacquaios past opponents have been ktfo with far less punches.

Give it up to Antonio Margarito. What a Warrior.

Just said in another thread that the way Margarito showed up for that fight, he would have beaten damn near anyone else at 147 or 154. He was tough as all hell, and despite the beating wasn't completely out of it until the 10th.

Yea the guy's got an all time chin.
And now his career might be over cause he shows it off too much.
I don't see what great praise is necessary for a great chin. He got hit 470 times, he's a moron, and his corner is even worse. Robert Garcia ****ed up real bad.

HE fought like a TRUE Mexican..... I actually got a Team Margarito shirt from Team Margarito and repped Margs the whole time.... I mean we went on the tour bus and drove to the mall and different places... It was tight as hell...
I was riding and chillin with Team Pac and still repped my boy....
Team Pac was cool and they just talked fun crap to me....

I'm so proud of him for fighting till the end like that and not backing up like a Puerto Rican quitter.
He is a legend in my eyes and I'll always remember him fondly.
