            Because he's a **** and he's probably more concerned about exposing Pac as a cheater and making him look bad than actually cleaning up the sport.

              To me, the only thing that matters is Pac blatantly ducked drug testing in the past, and apparently continues to do so.

                  I'll check on that Amir Khan vid later, because I'm curious to see what his experience was.
                  The good thing is NSAC has gotten on board even if it's just a post fight blood test. They can get baselines for fighters Hgb/Hct levels during physicals and compare them to post fight, but like Mayweather says that would be too late.
