The biggest revelation in the episode came when Michael Koncz, Pacquiao's adviser, said that Pacquiao had agreed to "pretty much" anything related to drug testing during the second round of failed negotiations for a fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr., as long as there was a seven-day cutoff before the fight. Previously, Pacquiao had been stuck on 14 days, so that was the most newsworthy thing to come out of the episode. (My opinion: A seven-day cutoff is quite reasonable and showed that Pacquiao, who at one point would only commit to a 30-day cutoff, has compromised a lot while Mayweather has refused to budge.)

No, they didn't. As far as Floyd and Mosley knew, they could still be tested at any time. What Pac's team is asking for is entirely different. They want a window where they are 100% sure they will not be tested. I'm not sure how you can't see or understand the difference.

Edit: And Dan Rafael is an idiot. If Usain Bolt said he didn't want to be tested the week leading up to a race, what would you think? Sorry, but the testing demand was fair, even though it is not standard in boxing at this point. It's an internationally recognized program, and completely safe for athletes.

there seems to be truth in what u speak...im tired of the whole ost debate. both sides have legit arguments. if they arent gonna fight, then let it die out already. the reason dan ******* keeps talking about it is because its proly one of the few boxing related topics he actually has some idea about

PAC can still use PED in those 7 days and become a monster in the ring. PAC need to be test everyday. But Pac is still easy work though, easier than Marquez.
