So he has to cherry pick three straight times before you say something? I feel you but if you keep giving someone an inch...

That is the reason why pac took the fight. So let me guess you think amir khan beating paulie was impressive. Big names fight paulie because its pretty much guaranteed he wont hurt you. Next.
thank you, these cats like to act like feathernaggi was some big bad man in the division.

only people turning a blind eye to pac and roach cheating history are the *******s. it was a matter of time before others started picking up on to. ring should have recognized this, long ago

And, Khan beat him after Hatton.

That is the same thing people used for Floyd. Yes Pac beat them more impressive but Floyd did it prior. Yes Khan beat him more impressive but Hatton did it prior and after what was suppose to be a devasting lost.

And, to act like Paulie wasn't a top 10 JWW is just ridiculous and was also a title holder who got stripped because he chose to fight Hatton.

Again, I disagree with a lot you had to say. It just seems like you have an agenda but again point taken and I respect your opinion.
Whoa i never said paulie wasnt a top 10 guy. What im saying is he is no barometer to say a guy is ready to fight pac the p4p # 1 guy like the other poster was trying to say. He is a B- fighter at best.

I brought up khan because that poster thinks paulie is some standard or something. so now that amir beat paulie is he ready for pac? Do you get what im saying.

Sure about the same time. If Hatton wasn't as good as he was or if his punch resitance wasn't what it was then. He could not had beat Paulie. Do you get what I am saying?

Look at Juan Diaz, he got punched by punchers yet took them and kept coming until JMM. When his punch resistance was shot he got dropped by Paulie who can't punch through a paper bag... For Hatton to win damn near every round against Paulie, showed that Hatton was still the man or an elite JWW. Maybe, not ready for Pac? OK but what other JWW would you have ranked ahead of Hatton at that time? The only one you could make a case for would have been Bradley. But, even when Pac-Hatton got signed Bradley hadn't even beaten Holt. So Bradley resume was pretty thin only a win over Witter at the time.

So I don't see your issue with the Pac-Hatton nor do I see with the Pac-Cotto fight. And, even though Oscar wasn't coming off an impressive win and fighting at WW. Pac was a pretty big underdog in that fight and it seemed like a mismatch in Oscar favor. To turn around after the fact and not give Pac credit for that win then is bogus IMO.

I get the disgust for the Marg fight, It is a ridiculous fight at a catch-weight for a vacant belt that neither deserves. The Oscar, Cotto, and Hatton fight not so much. Unless you really want to nitpick however I can nitpick a lot of fighters HOF or ATG careers.

No offense to pac but thats probably not gonna happen. Pac fans dont like to hear this but the truth is Pac doesnt wanna fight anyone who is coming off an impressive win.

Think about it. Who was the last person he fought coming off an impressive win? When i say impressive win i mean the kinda fight where you look at the winner and say "fighter A was looking good tonight, I wonder how he would do against pac?" JMM was the last. Since then if you look like your are in prime shape physically and mentally pac dont wanna have anything to do with you. Nobody asked for a Marg fight, no one asked for a clottey fight, hell nobody asked for a cotto fight. He only wants to fight damaged or faded names that why Arum is looking at mosley, jcc, and cotto when none of those people should even be considered.

Huh? what a ******ed post, didn't Pac wanna fight Floyd" Ike Turner" Maynever? the one who took a vaction??

Hatton should've never, ever gotten hurt by Juan Lazcano. That was a bad beating he took from Mayweather because he was giving it his all and getting broken down piece by piece. Some fights just take stuff out of you. 2005 Hatton would've bludgeoned the "Hispanic causing Panic" I love that name.

If "The Ring" is putting him on front street, that means it's only a matter of time before mainstream starts noticing what most people in Boxingscene have already know.

You mean the PAC that didn't agree in January but in June, he was ready to sign the same contract he said would never agree to. Ohh that PAC

I can't blame Pacquiao for taking the odd easy fight (I'm not saying Margarito will be easy but Manny will win impressively) but this will be the first Pacquiao fight in ages that I not only haven't bought but won't watch. Margarito doesn't deserve the opportunity, he hasn't taken responsibility for the loaded gloves and it is a step backwards for Manny. It does nothing for his legacy and Margarito is not an impressive opponent. If this fight was taking place right after Margarito-Cotto, it would have the 'wow' factor. Not now.

So now you're blaming Pac for agreeing to Floyd "Ike Turner" Maynever 's demands just to make the fight happen??? LMAO!!!

                      Answer this:

without the OST from the first first nego, do you think the fight would have pushed thrU??
