What exactly has Haye done to warrant all the attention around him anyways? WBA Champion?

Woo hoo. He's in the elite class of WBA Champions Beibut Shumenov and Dmitri Sartison now.

I need to find a gif of him getting knocked out by Carl Thompson.

Haye was going to accept 50-50 of the maximum they can get, but the Klitschko's are tied into a contract that means they will get much less than the fight is worth in Germany. The klitschko's signed the RTL deal not Haye they should accept Haye's offer because they are the reason the fight will be making much less from Germany than the fight is worth.

Wlad offered Haye 50-50 with NO rematch clauses in May of this year, Haye said no and used some excuse about the TV revenue, and decided to fight Audley instead.
Thanks for explaining that. I like how people are scandalized that Vitali had a rematch clause with Briggs. The K-Bros catch flack for stuff everyone else does. Hey people, remember Lennox Lewis -- who had a rematch clause with Hasim Rahman? Damn good thing he did, too. And Rahman wasn't seen as having much more of a chance than Briggs. Anything can happen in a heavyweight fight, no matter what anyone says.

The real question is why does Haye deserve more than a 50-50 split of worldwide revenues? He has the least legit and most lightly regarded belt of the three fighters in question. He is not in the Klitschkos' league as of yet and as he plans to quit next year, likely never will be in their league as a heavyweight champion.

The 50-50 offer is more than fair, IMO, and so it finally comes down to whether Haye really wants to fight one or both brothers or not. And it doesn't seem that he does, so he is nitpicking.

He's not asking for more, he's asking to keep the revenue that the UK fans will be paying to watch him and the Klitschko's can keep 100% of the money from the deal that they signed. Haye might actually make less very unlikely but it's possible.

What does Haye want? All the British TV money? Give it to him and have the Klits take all the German TV money.

                Problem solved.

Then I don't see why that's a big enough issue to sink a fight over. Haye seems less than serious to me.

But let's see if he gets by Audley Harrison. You never know. It might all be a moot point.

Didn't Wlad already offer him that and he turned that down. He will duck Vitali as well again.
