1. Link? I have asked for this in many threads. Have yet to see it. Maybe you have direct quotes from Manny or Arum stating he agreed to full OST blood and urine testing up to the day of the fight. Manny's quote of "we agreed to everything" is not good enough. Especially, since Mayweather stated in his so called "racist" rant that we will get the mf's to take the test.
