So when his camp, Richard Schaeffer and De lA hoya denied meetings ever took place, his loud mouth trainer and snake promoter just sat on the ***** CARD " THat this time around they excepted blood testing up until the fight, and he still denied, or fail to respond. Roach is just too conscious of the percentage they will get in the fight. Of course, their camp believe that because Pacquiao is more famous and has higher market value, he must get the upper percentage of the payment but the other side doesn't agree with that. And plus the fact that Mayweather is afraid of Pacquiao. He doesn't want to mess his record and besides, he doesn't need to prove anything with Pacquiao.

Not so simple, he beat a fast, bigger and allegedly stronger guy in mosley who a lot of people didn't think he would beat and made about 45mil and counting. So there is really no logic in that, if you wanna look at it even more complex terms. That same guy Mayweather beat, Roach made sure he wouldn't put pacquiao in the ring with. When is Pacquiao going to fight somebody who is a legitimate threat. All the fighters he faced in the last 5 fights, were customed made for his style. The only person i seriously thought could beat him was De La Hoya, but when he came into the fight at 146 that theory went straight out the window. Um the supposed to be ducking that was accused to manny in the first negotiation is now gone since we all know that the drug test was really an alibi by floyd. the moment manny accepted it, "no comment, im on vacation."
