The only HW fight that WOULD HAVE excited me more was Tyson-Wlad if Tyson had beaten McBride and probably at least one other guy.

This is very intriguing--winner is in line for Byrd, loser falls off the radar for the time being...

this is great news, both are hopefull young fighters.

both need to step upp opposition right now, both have a lot to prove.

wlad is taller more experienced and a lot more skilled.

peter has tremendous power and for what we now a more solid chin, hard to say cause it havent been realy tested yet.

if sam poses a solid chin, than wlad will be in trouble.

the winner of this fight truly is the future off the divison.

very hard for me to say who will win this.

I'll give props to Wlad to accept Sam Peter's challenge but I feel his days are now numbered. He will need more than just a jab to keep Peter off of him (sound gross doesn't it ). Once he knows he can't keep Sam at bay with just the jab he will have to come inside and that my friends will be the beginning of the end for Wlad. Yes Wlad has more experience and is technically more sound but like Ibeabuchi before him Sam Peter believes no one can beat him and confidence in this division is everything. Those who say Sam has no skill really haven't seen him fight. I don't think Wlad has enough to beat a fighter like Sam Peter who is on a roll right now... a roll straight to a championship title fight!
ye on a roll of beating bums I mean who the hell is Taurus Sykes or Gilbert Martinez and those fake as titles Peter has wat a joke. Anyways I see this fight a dangerous one for both guys I deffinately see Peter coming out gunning like Corrie Sanders did if Wlad can withstand it he can relly hurt Peter in the later rounds or when Peter takes a big swing and misses and gets off balance Wlad can really hurt him. Wlad has a hell of a jab prolly the best in the business and I see Wlad jabbing the **** outta Peter. If Wlad wants to prove that hes really back he will show that hes learned of the Sanders fight and will calm down and fight smart just like Vitali. Vitali took Sanders bombs and TKO Sanders in the 8th. I am giving the edge to Wlad given the fact that hes learned of his mistakes, I would say Wlad wins by KO in the 7-8th rounds...If this comes off it will be a huge fight. I think Peters people will dodge Klitschko and go after Samil Sam but hey u never know...

how does speed, and skilled have anything to do with wlad? anyway peter will murdet his *** within 5 i say probably 4. i think klit will get caught early just by a half ass punch and then klit will run his ass off until sam catches him. i hope wlad takes this fight, id rather peter beat him then brock, for one thing i like peter better second im much more confident in peter beating wlad than brock although i think brock gets him to just not as well

The heavies probably need a guy like Peter but who's to say if he is a mirage or not. If Wlad smacks him down easily then we may have our answer. Wouldn't you rather find out about him now and if he isn't the real deal then people can move on from his bandwagon. If he beats Wlad in impressive fashion then I will give the guy his props for sure and I will be a believer.

Right on! This fight is going to tell us a lot about two guys that we desperately need more info on. HBO needs to make sure this fight happens as opposed to letting simil super sam or whatever the **** he name is squeak in there.

This fight will not happen unless one of these guys is champ. The networks don't want to risk their meal tickets. This is a great matchup and it makes perfect sense...but since when did that matter?

They both say they want it, but the promoters won't let it happen at this point.

lol @ clowns still believing in this bum Wlad. Peter is gonna KO him garunteed. The thought of being KO'd wont leave Wlads head. He has trouble with big punchers and guess what? Peter is the hardest hitting Heavyweight since a prime Tyson

Leo Pradun your excuses are amusing especially since they confirm my point. You go from Wlad/Sanders and then to Vitalli/Sanders... two different people, buddy. Wlad is not Vitalli and will never be Vitalli. Your assumming in this fight he just magically turns into Vitalli to stomp a mud hole in Sam Peter. This makes no sense and by the way, Sam Peter is a better fighter than Sanders. There is no way Wlad is going to keep Sam Peter away with just a jab. It's not that good. If that was the case why didn't he keep Lamon Brewster away with it. All he had was wild looping punches and Wlad still could not jab him to death.
