I mean, actually watch them, not boxrec them?

Paulie arguably lost both...he was rocked to his boots by Herman.

Paulie isn't exclusively hittable to guys with Khan-speed and Cotto-ability and hasn't been for a while.
yes...and he didnt lose any of them fights...he outboxed the **** out of em....like i said ngoudjo and both n'dous are the same levl fighters as urango.....they are robots who are very very prdeictable!

Then I respectfully say you're a bit nuts.

I'll unabashedly declare my love for Malignaggi as a fighter right here, but the version Khan fought was a shell and his accomplishments as a pro wouldn't see him ranked that much higher than Urango in any mythical All-Time list of everyone who ever laced 'em up.

"paulie's was onlyeasy to hit because the guys he lost to were way faster than urango...n' dou , tackie, ngoujou, urango= same level fighters!"

^^ And, to this, I can only assume that you didn't see Paul's fight with Ngoudjo almost 3 years ago and the rematch with N'dou that followed?

Ngoudjo had Paul hurt and the cards were off (especially the 117-111). You could make a case for N'dou (a guy whom Malignaggi had schooled 12 months prior), too...in fact, one judge had N'dou winning.

You haven't watched those fights, then. At all.

Be honest, admit it, then go and watch them. Or I will poll it in the forum.

And, BTW, Paul himself said that Ngoudjo was a very deceptive fighter and that observing his style outside the ring and being in there with it were two different things.

If you must presume to talk like an authority on boxing, at least watch it.

Malignaggi himself says that he lost the second N'Dou and Ngoudjo fights. He looks back to them and blames them on his old trainer, and says he improved a lot since then. But I honestly haven't seen any improvement at all.

Urango isn't a C- guy, though, overall. That's my point.

So, yeah, I guess I still am.

I'm not comparing Kotelnik and Urango directly, you are.

I'm saying that Khan and Devon swapping opponents is no bad thing, since their respective foes each provide solid, necessary tests the other has yet to face.

Who said pressure and strength = technical skill? Technical skill isn't the only thing that wins fights at Championship level.

It's like I'm debating someone remedial.

If you take the crappy alphabets that seriously, great for you. I'm not saying Khan shouldn't defend his little trinket against other guys, just that I think he's less seasoned for a 140lb supremacy face-off than Tim Bradley.

30,000? Khan's never drawn a crowd near that size, so it's hard to say. I was at the Kotelnik fight and that was a 10,000 gate.

What does that and Sky Sports have to do with GBP?

If a 30,000 venue and Sky Sports Box Office were to be involved then Khan-Ortiz is definitely not plausible for December. LMAO.

Because everything boxers 'say' is reliable, right?

I define a shot fighter as someone who isn't in the same state mentally, isn't as willing to take big shots as he used to be and possibly cuts and bruises a lot more. Diaz is a perfect example of that. Marquez took a lot away from him, and made him look at his future away from boxing a lot more. You could see it in the rematch. Arreola is another example in my opinion. Adamek took away his confidence, and you could see it in the Quezada fight. If he didn't give a s**t about boxing before, now he doesn't give a flying f**k.
                    I see what you're saying,

I give Diaz the benefit of the doubt that his approach in the rematch with Marquez was the result of a strategic re-shuffle...he did try to bring the fight to Marquez late (bravely, I thought), got hit and bumped up in the fight and showed a big heart again.

Against Paul, I don't believe he was thinking safety-first, I think Paul's size, movement, speed all made it difficult for Diaz to be his usual swarming self in that fight.

I think he improved strategically by looking to go back to the fundamentals of the style that suits him best, you see that in Diaz I...but he's facing a physical decline now, he can't do it like he used to, and it will show up against 140lb guys. It's kind of cruel.
