pacquiao shouldnt give this cheating scumbag a career payday when they are other fighters busting their ass doing it the right way without cheating

and if mayweather wants to fight they should fight outside of vegas so floyd cant use xylocaine because hes a cheating hypocrite if hes injecting his fists before the fight talkin bout im trying to clean up the sport...

But yea i think they denied him because he wasn gonna fight there anyway and Texas is willing to give him a licence no matter what the ruling

Why Marg even went to NSAC is really beyond me
Yev, he went to the CSAC, Maybe the NSAC,
will come to there senses, and let the fight
          go in NEVADA!!!

As a matter of fact, which I have ascertained by asking a chemist, the same components are found in TALCUM POWDER. besides, Nat Fleischer's (et al) experiment many years ago, and as detailed in the RING ****ZINE finally proved beyond ANY DOUBT that it was IMPOSSIBLE to manufacture an effective, durable Plaster of Paris wrapping for the inside of a boxing glove, that AS SOON AS IT WAS USED TO PUNCH (in the experiment it was a bag) it would disintegrate.

I SAID IT WOULD CRUMBLE UP TO POWDER.....TO POWDER......UNDERSTAND DUMBOS ??
                Do you understand this, dumbo?

Understand something the guy had old gauze on his hands not bricks. It was for protection. If the guy had a sock on his hand it would be considered illegal. Realize this. Margarito would hands down be the toughest guy Pacquiao has ever faught. But you idiots act like it would be a walk in the park. You do this just to take credit away from Pacquiao. He's fighting a bigger guy, a relentless guy, an all around solid fighter, and a guy thats actually willing to fight. If he fights Floyd then Floyd will just use his feet and run around for 6-8 rounds before he even attemps to sit down on a punch. WTF wants to see that. Pacquiao-Margarito will be all action and definetly worth the money. I'm tired of ****** people who easily get swayed by the media. The media does'nt know **** it's been proven over and over. The state of California was incompetent and they jumped to a conclusion too fast. It would also make them look pretty dumb if they came out and admitted this. They are trying to make an example out of him.

The reason why the CSAC is denying him his license is because he isn't acting sorry for what he did and he tried to circumvent the system. All the while admitting that he has been plastered up his whole career, but didn't know what was put in the gloves. The dude's whole career is tainted now.
If he cops a plea, he has no legal
                      leverage against the CSAC!!!
