That's my point,I didn't avoid any question,Floyd took his vacation,so he didn't have to fight Pacman!!I agree with U,sound,solid logic,but U forgot cheating also!!

The reason is that neither Juan Manuel Marquez or his trainer Nacho Beristain have a history of taking or training fighters on enhancement drugs. Floyd demanded OSDT against Shane Mosley because Shane has a history with enhancement drugs. And he asked Pacquiao to take the tests because Pacquiao's trainer Freddie Roach also has a history of training fighters who were taking enhancement drugs.

But Pacquiao didnt agree. Which tells you all you need to know.
