He got caught. So he was obviously using them in the past otherwise he would never have been caught. Your seriously delusional if you really believe he would use them for just one fight and not several fights.

I always thought Margarito was an average C level fighter even when he was cheating. Now that he's wraps have been taken away he's even worse. You saw what Shane did to him. Nearly killed the guy with his right hand alone.

when i watch margarito, his hands/punches looks slowmo to me...i dunno, but with pac that would be a big no-no, he should work on his speed. pac's speed, power punches and footwork will be pac's greatest advantages.
