Personality, action and most of all network TV exposure. Unlike pretty much every other sport, unless you look online, you wont have any idea when a fights gonna take place

We need a Tyson-like guy. Like Tyson said "he can sell out MSG masturbating"

Local fights with local fighters. People see people in there hometown fight and it motivates them to do the same.

Also, fights on at a earlier time.

I've always wished there were more promoters who would do shows earlier and give cheap tix for parents who brought kids.

Local show tickets aren't cheap, you can't expect an average person to be able to bring his kids to a small show for 30-40$.

Young fans prefer blood. New generation prefer more violent **** so less safety first fighters and boxers with power.

Yes thats true. They want all action, which is why they are resorting to MMA where guys Knee, elbow and kick eachother in the face.

There is a reason UFC attracts so many young fans and thats because it stays cutting edge. Boxing on the other hand stays traditional, doesn't put together the big fights like it used to, and doesn't promote young fighters like it used to. Treat these guys like rock stars, promote boxers like rock stars instead of promoting them as these sweet science guys that is sooooooo 1955. Hell the UFC is maketing James Tony to younger people better than he ever was in his entire career. I wouldn't be suprised if he gets a lot of fans from this exposure even if he is gonna get crushed in 3 weeks.

I started really liking boxing from FNR4. Not even going to lie. Then I started watching Tyson, and RJJ highlights on YT, and I was hooked.

More exposure is all it needs. It's current format only further, and further discloses boxing.

Boxers with personality and exposure for the sport.

That is what grabbed my attention when I first started watching.

Oh really? so you're fresh meat. LOL I'm jokin bro. Thats awsome to see some newer fans. I did'nt think boxing created any new fans within the past 8 years. Thats nice to hear man keep on enjoying and learning the sport. Have you ever watched any older fights? If you have'nt you should go through the archives and educate yourself even more. So many great fights and fighters from the past that help carve out the fighters we have today. I educated myself with the complete history when I was 11 years old. Then I started to box and I had a better understanding. I follow every aspect of the sport. The problem is I found I was more entertained before I understood it all. Oh well I still love the sport.
