Comments Thread For: Roach: Manny Pacquiao is Knocking Antonio Margarito Out

Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach made a recent appearance on krikya360.com's official audio show, Leave It In The Ring, to discuss Manny Pacquiao move to the junior middleweight division to fight Antonio Margarito on November 13. Roach says Pacquiao has wanted a fight with Margarito since the 2008 TKO win over Oscar De La Hoya.

He will if Margo doesn't use his jab.

This is going to be an interesting fight. Margarito will be eating leather from Manny, but will do so to land his own shots. But will one Margarito shot equal four or five shots from Manny? Probably not...so on balance agree with Freddy. Expect Manny to take damage though.

the size does not matter, but it makes a little bit difficulty.

Anyone want to give me 3 to 1 odds on the KO. I got Margs not getting KO'd. I got up to 5 Million on it. Hit me on PM if interested.

Anybody can knock out anyone in boxing. It's just a matter of catching the right shots. It would not be easy for pacman tho. If they hold the weight at 154 marg could be close to 170 for the fight and pac would still be the same weight during the weigh-in. That would easily be 20 pounds difference between the two fighters. The question is will the additional 20 pounds be enough to absorb some of pac's power e.g.: mayweather vs marquez, marquez caught floyd with some good shot but the weight difference between the two was enormous that allowed floyd to withstand marquez shots (remember marquez was able to rock pacman before when they fought in the same weight.) If the fight is held at 150 lbs then marg could only go as far as 160-162 lbs on fight night and that is just a difference of 12-10 lbs instead of 20 lbs. makes sense for the smaller pacman who would just be at 150 lbs the most during fight night. anyway jr middleweight is form 147.1 lbs up to 154 lbs. 150 is just right in the middle. and both fighters will surely bring it on! cheers.

Your boy is either going to taste the canvas or get the beating of his lifetime, deal with it.

What if Margo knocks Manny out?

He might have a small inkling of a desire to redeem himself and erasing some of the recent past he's endured by sparking Manny out.

Then again, he might take a hint from Clottey and Milli Vanilli ("Blame It On The Runs") after he loses.

So pac saw something he could take advantage of and not Roach?
But Pac has to make sure he dont take too many shots from Margarito. SSM did it ok so i expect Pac to do it better.
