Taylor was never hurt in either instance. Take a look at his legs ,as both of them are still stable.Only reason no punches were threw back, was because JT got in bad positions both times.I might be a little bias though

Where did anyone say he was hurt?

He was stunned, and those (without question) were the two best punches of the fight.

You get hit and you immediately back up into the ropes and cover up...hmm and you don't consider that stunned?

those two clips right there show why Hopkins WILL win the rematch...

              Taylor can't hit him clean
Hopkins knows what he has to do now
Hopkins can land lead rights at will vs Taylor
Hopkins has the power to hurt Taylor
Hopkins has more tools in the shed...

Tyrant, what makes you think team Taylor won't review this fight to death and make the proper adjustements?

I mean first of all B-Hop couldn't even get to him until Taylor was winded and bleeding profusely, and even then he hit him with his best and couldn't get him outta there. In both of those instances, Taylor kept his legs under him, his gaurd up, and kept his eyes on Bernard the entire time. He handled himself brilliantly in those last rounds knowing he was losing momentum.

I'm calling it right now, just like I called this fight a year ago. Taylor will beat Hopkins in a rematch...convincingly as well. Everything that happened in those last 4 rounds were due to inexperience. Taylor has never gone 12 in a fight of that magnitude, and now he's seen what Hopkins has in his arsenal.

I got Taylor with a clear cut UD, or a brutal stoppage late in the fight when Hopkins starts trying to press the attack and Taylor, this time, has gas left to respond.

Also, think about this. Taylor has the skills stay back in the next fight and pick Hopkins off with the jab all night long. He won't need to force the action early on, and he will be able to conserve.

                    hmm

Taylor wasn't hurt too bad, but if he was sleeping he was definitely woke up by those clean punches. Taylor was anxious for portions of the fight which led him to tire prematurely though. Taylor did hit Hopkins' clean by the way. I don't know what fight yall were watching. Hopkins just has good defense and chin and disguises even when he is hit most of the time. Taylor did land some good hooks, body punches, jabs, and now and thena right hand on him. Taylor landed about 20% of his punches, and yes some of them were pretty clean.

Reasons Taylor will win the rematch:

Taylor now has 12 rounds experience with Hopkins under his belt.
                    Taylor is bigger and stronger.
Taylor starts too fast for Hopkins at his age.
The tools in Hopkins' shed are getting rusty.

Did anyone notice the sound of that first punch. That seriously had to be the loudest shot to the head I have ever heard.
